These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Baby Tracker: Swaddle ("the App"), provided by titanium.dev ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

The App helps parents and caregivers record and share their baby's feeds, sleep, diapers, growth and other daily care. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App, or try to access other families' data.

Accounts and Families

You need to sign in with Apple or Google to use the App. You are responsible for activity on your account. When you invite people to your family, they can see and add logs for your babies, so only invite people you trust. A family admin can remove members.

Not Medical Advice

The App is a record-keeping tool. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Summaries, charts and other information in the App are for your own reference only. Always contact a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider with questions about your baby's health, and never delay seeking care because of something in the App. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Subscriptions, Free Trials and Payments

Full access to the App requires a subscription, which may start with a free trial. Prices and the length of any free trial are shown before you subscribe. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and a free trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and request refunds, in your store account settings. One subscription covers everyone in your family.

Your Content

You own the information you add to the App. You give us permission to store, process and display it so we can provide the App to you and your family. You are responsible for the content you and the people you invite add. We are not responsible for data lost because of your device, or because someone in your family edits or deletes logs.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Meta. We are not responsible for their availability or reliability, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including damages resulting from decisions about your baby's care made using information in the App.

App Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue the App at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
